We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team remotely.
This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Europe. The ability to travel freely across Europe to attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings is essential.
Responsibilities
•Identify and acquire new clients and prepare commercial proposals
•Conduct negotiations with potential clients and partners
•Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions, including meetings with clients and partners
•Maintain ongoing communication and build strong relationships with clients
•Conduct market and competitor analysis
•Provide consultations and support to clients regarding our services
•Collect and share market insights and client feedback with the Product team
•Collaborate with the Marketing team on product positioning, sales materials, and lead generation activities
Requirements
Key competencies:
•5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with substantial experience in fintech and/or payments
•Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
•Proven ability to develop and execute client acquisition strategies
•Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, including acquiring, PSPs, payment processing, and card schemes
•English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
•Fluency in Russian is required
•A technical background or degree would be a significant advantage
