Responsibilities
•Accurate and effective reporting on TBC Bank's human capital financial resources, participation in the planning process, and analysis of information
•Implementing and developing systems for planning, reporting, analyzing, and managing TBC Bank's human capital financial resources, in alignment with the bank's financial statements and models
•Preparing all types of statistical and financial reports and analyses concerning employees
•Defining, modeling, calculating, and monitoring all types of employee HR metrics
•Providing ongoing support and feedback to any area of the bank on various reporting and analysis matters
•Implementing and developing effective accounting and reporting reports and systems
•Identifying challenges in accounting and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve them
•Creating and continuously developing an optimal reporting system
•Working closely with the data analytics team to automate, optimize, and develop reports and dashboards for the human capital area
•Continuously developing analytical capabilities in the human capital financial area
•Timely and appropriate completion of assignments from the direct manager and management
•Analyzing the human capital financial area and ensuring its support and development across the bank
•Supporting the finance group and other groups with reporting, reporting processes, and budget management
•Developing an in-depth understanding of human capital functions, processes, policies, internal regulations, and regulatory requirements, and incorporating them into the development of reporting, analysis, and decision-making systems
Requirements
•Higher education
•Advanced, professional-level knowledge of office software, especially Excel
•At least two years of experience in a similar position
•Knowledge of English and Russian
Nice to have
•Preferably in finance or business administration
•Knowledge of Excel Macro and SQL is preferred
•Knowledge of banking and labor legislation is preferred
•Preferably in the banking sector
