Responsibilities
•Discover and attract new customers
•Analyze incoming applications and assess risks
•Assess customers' financial condition
•Process loans for the self-employed segment
•Prepare credit files and present them to the credit committee
•Monitor the credit portfolio
Requirements
•At least 6 months of experience working with mini or micro loans
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Knowledge of English and Russian
•Experience working in an expert or sales role is required
•You think you have sales skills and quick thinking
•You are communicative and proactive
•You have financial analysis skills and are responsible
•You are constantly looking for new challenges
•You have logical thinking
•Persuasive communication
