Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the sales team to understand recruitment needs and target profiles
•Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings
•Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivation against recruitment criteria
•Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
•Provide individual HR support to a team of engineering consultants, monitor their career development, and create personalized training plans
•Contribute to HR projects, including school relations, employer branding, and internal events
Requirements
•Currently pursuing a BAC+3–BAC+5 degree
•Adaptable and interested in working in an international environment
•Strong results orientation, a taste for challenges, and willingness to take initiative
•Motivated to learn and become an IT recruiter
