Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions, ensuring a smooth and inclusive process for candidates
•Develop and execute market-specific sourcing strategies
•Build strong candidate relationships through effective communication and engagement
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide insights on market conditions
•Use recruitment platforms to keep processes efficient, compliant, and data-driven
•Track recruitment metrics to guide decisions, improve diversity outcomes, and inform stakeholders
•Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Reckitt's visibility across the market
•Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery
Requirements
•Native Ukrainian
•Strong English proficiency
•Proven expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, sourcing, and assessing high-quality talent
•Experience managing candidate relationships with care, transparency, and professionalism
•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
•Strong organisational and project management abilities; comfortable managing multiple processes at once
