Responsibilities
•Managing the project during its scaling phase
•Building, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog
•Managing project risks and changes
•Collaborating with product and technical teams, internal stakeholders, and clients
Key Competencies
•3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
•Understanding of the financial and payments industries
•Experience working with payment solutions
•Technical background
•Higher technical education
•Analytical mindset
•Ability to independently analyze problems and propose ideas/improvements
•Strong team communication and stakeholder management skills
•A proactive approach to solving complex challenges
