Задачи:
•Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with project goals
•Coordinate daily project activities and team communication
•Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones with stakeholders and the team
•Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks
•Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
•Maintain project documentation and report to stakeholders
•Support resource planning and workload distribution
•Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices
Требования:
•Have a technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis
•Have 1+ year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes
•Demonstrate accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues
•Apply strong systems thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts
•Use a data-driven mindset with metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements
•Understand Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management practices
•Have experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
•Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
•Nice to have: experience with Fixed Fee, running projects from pre-sale to production rollout, pre-sales, SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce
