Задачи
•Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
•Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
•Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements clearly
•Track project progress and adjust plans based on changing needs
•Maintain and update documentation in project tools
•Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
Требования
•Experience in project management within IT or digital delivery environments
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
•Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
•Clear communication and coordination skills
•German language proficiency at least B2 level for daily communication
•English language proficiency for working in an international team
•Experience in risk management and issue resolution
•Ability to structure work, track progress, and deliver results
Nice to have
•Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications
•Experience working in distributed or multicultural teams
•Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning
•Background in business analysis or product ownership
