Responsibilities
•Manage and control development projects and resources
•Manage practical AI projects from idea through implementation
•Analyze business needs through requirements engineering
•Derive, define, and prioritize work packages and tasks
•Create service descriptions and cost estimates
•Ensure quality while meeting timelines and budgets
•Provide professional support to the development team, agency, and customer
Requirements
•At least 5 years of project management experience with digital applications in an agency or service company
•Excellent knowledge of digital and software development projects
•Experience with lean and automated redesign and scaling of digital processes
•Familiarity with established project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
•Strong interest in technically focused projects
•Strong awareness of digital trends and UX
•Self-reliant, positive, and solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality
•Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2+)
•Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany
Nice to have
•Experience with CGI and real-time workflows or applications
