Responsibilities
•Own outcome-driven projects end to end, defining scope, timelines, and success metrics and independently running execution
•Define quality standards for the domain, build and validate datasets, set precision and recall targets, and update them as new failure patterns emerge
•Build AI-powered quality checks by configuring and orchestrating LLM-based workflows to replace manual review at scale
•Partner with senior stakeholders to scope ambiguous problems and independently execute projects
•Prioritize work based on data-backed impact, close gaps before they become blockers, and present solutions clearly
Requirements
•Experience owning projects end to end, from scoping an operational problem to delivering a result
•Hands-on experience configuring and orchestrating AI and LLM tools, such as OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, to automate quality checks, build datasets, or replace manual review; building models from scratch is not required
•Comfortable using SQL and notebook-based data tools such as Databricks to query and validate data independently
•Use data to prioritize, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses
•Independently scope work with senior stakeholders and resolve alignment issues
•Experience running processes that must maintain quality at scale, such as freelancer operations, quality standards, or tooling
•Clear written and verbal communication skills and fluent English
Nice to have
•Experience building or fine-tuning LLM prototypes
•A background in content quality, supplier operations, or marketplace quality
•Familiarity with precision/recall frameworks and quality evaluation methods
