About the Role
At Serem, we want to bring on board an Insurance Project Manager for an important client located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
•Lead the end-to-end management of a project, with support from a senior Project Leader.
•Coordinate the day-to-day project with functional and technical teams and stakeholders.
•Monitor planning, tasks, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
•Identify risks, blockers and deviations, proposing mitigation actions.
•Prepare progress reports, track commitments and communicate project status.
•Keep progress, ETC and expectations under control.
•Ensure proper coordination between the client, the internal team and other stakeholders.
•Escalate decisions or critical situations to the senior Project Leader when necessary.
•Ensure compliance with project deadlines, scope, quality and objectives.
•Contribute to improving the project's operational and methodological management.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in insurance.
•Autonomy in project management.
Conditions
•100% remote.
