Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management
•7 to 10 or more years of experience in IT project management and business analysis (which may be more than 10 years)
•Professional experience in large companies, with exposure to IT and technology projects
•Experience in the insurance sector, with sufficient business knowledge to understand its processes, question assumptions, and contribute to defining solutions
•Proven experience in independently managing and delivering end-to-end projects
•Previous professional experience combining Project Management (PM) and Business Analysis (BA) responsibilities in a single role
•Experience in small, multidisciplinary teams, where it is common to take on different responsibilities and perform several roles simultaneously
•Communication and presentation skills at executive level
•Strong ability to organize and structure work
•Ability to question decisions and present constructive, well-founded counterarguments to senior stakeholders
•Fluency in English
Conditions
•Annual gross salary range of €25,000 to €27,000 (depending on experience) + salary benefits
