Description: We are recruiting: Senior Java Developer | Portugal. Do you have solid experience in Java and a passion for developing scalable, robust, and modern solutions? We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a challenging project where innovation, code quality, and development best practices are essential.
Requirements:
•At least 7 years of experience in Java, including versions 17 and 21.
•Experience with web frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Cloud, Data Flow) or Micronaut.
•Knowledge of software architecture: microservices, Web Services, SOA, and REST APIs and GraphQL Federation.
•Experience in monitoring and observability, particularly OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, or similar tools.
•Proficiency in Gradle and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD practices.
•Experience with Azure Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
•Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
•Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Nexus Pro, or equivalents.
•Knowledge of design patterns for developing scalable and easily maintainable solutions.
•Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
•Familiarity with user stories, BDD/TDD, DevOps, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and pair programming.
•Fluency in English.
•Mandatory requirement: Remote - reside in Portugal.
