Tasks
You take responsibility for the ongoing operation of our hotel websites—from prioritizing incoming requests to successfully implementing them. You keep track of the bigger picture, make decisions independently, and ensure smooth support. You assess technical requests, content adjustments, and customer requests, set clear priorities, and decide which issues to resolve yourself and which to pass on to the appropriate experts. You coordinate efficiently and keep track of all tasks. You understand websites so thoroughly from a technical perspective that you can independently narrow down issues and formulate initial well-founded assumptions about their causes. You implement simple HTML and CSS adjustments yourself. You act as the point of contact between our hotel clients and internal teams such as Development and Customer Success. You communicate transparently, coordinate requirements, and ensure that everyone involved always knows what the next step is. You take on existing support structures and continuously develop them further—with clear workflows and scalable processes that can handle growing volumes. You actively use AI tools and automation to make support operations more efficient—and identify for yourself where the next opportunity lies.
Requirements
•You have at least five years of project management experience—ideally in a web or agency environment—and have successfully managed numerous website projects in parallel.
•You have a solid understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and website structures.
•You implement smaller HTML and CSS adjustments yourself and understand how the individual components work together.
•You have already worked with several common content management systems such as TYPO3 or Drupal and quickly find your way around new systems.
•Even with a high volume of requests and many parallel topics, you keep track of the bigger picture, set clear priorities, and work in a solution-oriented way.
•You work independently, make well-founded decisions, and take responsibility for your area of work.
•You ask specific questions when information is missing instead of waiting for instructions.
•You actively explore AI tools and automation opportunities and use them to make processes more efficient and simplify recurring tasks.
Nice to have: Experience with hotel websites is an advantage, but not essential.
