About the Team
The Delivery department builds and protects the courier and freight supply base across diverse international markets. It develops compliant onboarding flows that convert leads into active couriers while protecting the business from regulatory risks.
Responsibilities
•Own courier and freight onboarding and registration, including the end-to-end registration and verification funnel and its conversion rate
•Develop WatchDocs registration flows with the product team and agree on country-specific form configurations
•Monitor funnel metrics, diagnose anomalies, and conduct drop-off research through surveys, courier calls, and field tests with local teams
•Plan and execute country-by-country WatchDocs data migrations to new platforms
•Track migration impact on registrations and conversion, ensuring transitions do not disrupt supply
•Own KYC, identity verification, and document requirements for Courier and Freight, and be accountable for the share of compliant GMV
•Drive compliance platform development and features with engineering teams, and maintain central compliance dashboards
•Represent Delivery Hub in cross-vertical compliance discussions, balancing legal and regulatory risk against funnel performance with data-backed arguments
•Prepare markets for regulatory changes, including labor reforms in Kazakhstan and Colombia, and support launches in highly regulated markets
•Run supply funnel optimization projects and quantify their impact on conversion, GMV, and Net Revenue in coordination with analytics
•Own onboarding and compliance streams in quarterly and annual planning, maintaining single-source dashboards and concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership
Requirements
•4+ years of project management or operations experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplace platforms
•Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) for independent data extraction and validation
•Experience building BI dashboards with Tableau or similar tools
•Mastery of Jira and Confluence
•Deep understanding of KYC and identity verification flows and delivery marketplace metrics, including GMV, active supply, done rate, activation, and funnel conversion
•Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and quantify their business impact
•Fluent in English and confident communicating across cultures and challenging stakeholders with data when proposed requirements threaten conversion
•End-to-end ownership, pragmatic problem-solving in fast-changing regulatory environments, strong execution discipline, and long-term strategic vision
Nice to have: hands-on experience with registration or onboarding funnels, identity verification (KYC), or regulatory projects
