Responsibilities
•Own the Compliance & KYC product vertical end to end
•Define the long-term vision, success metrics, and KPIs
•Prioritize the roadmap using data, user feedback, and regulatory requirements
•Write clear, detailed PRDs
•Partner with Design and Engineering to ship features
•Drive agile execution and post-launch iteration
•Work closely with backend and API engineers
•Instrument onboarding funnels and KYC flows
•Use dashboards, SQL, and analytics tools to improve conversion, cost, and risk outcomes
•Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations
•Align product decisions with regulatory readiness across regions
•Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
•Identify opportunities to automate and scale compliance flows
•Track fintech and Web3 market and regulatory trends
•Maintain customer and partner feedback loops
Requirements
•Experience owning a core product area in fintech, payments, crypto, or API-led B2B
•Demonstrated business impact through product decisions
•Fluency in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
•Cross-functional leadership experience
Nice to have
•Deep exposure to KYC/KYB, payments, risk, or APIs
•Multi-region product experience
•Above-basic data skills, including SQL and dashboards
