Описание: Spiralyze is the largest A/B testing company in the United States. It runs experiments on clients' websites to identify what drives customers to buy, using proprietary data from hundreds of thousands of web tests to predict winning outcomes before tests launch.
Задачи:
•Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and move tests smoothly from idea through build, launch, and analysis
•Identify risks early, unblock teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
•Help build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments
•Explain the rationale behind the plan, set expectations, and review progress and results with clients in weekly meetings
•Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
•Bring clarity, positivity, and momentum, keeping people focused and motivated when work gets busy or complicated
Требования:
•Strong organization and diligence; plan ahead and follow work through to completion
•Proactive communication with clients and teammates; flag risks early and ask for help when needed
•Learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, seek to understand why things work, notice patterns, and ask good questions
•No prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is required; training is provided
