Описание: EPAM is delivering a multi-year cloud migration program for a large enterprise in Greece, moving IT infrastructure from dozens of production sites to Google Cloud.
Задачи:
•Lead the on-site discovery team through daily planning, task allocation, and progress check-ins
•Ensure each site's discovery scope meets defined standards and exit criteria
•Own the site dossier and ensure it is complete before the team leaves the site
•Serve as the main point of contact for the client's site management during visits
•Plan site visits with client site owners, including scheduling, access, safety requirements, and stakeholder availability
•Coordinate stakeholder interviews and validation of the site's IT landscape
•Track and resolve on-site issues and risks, escalating them to program management as needed
•Hand over site findings to the assessment and planning team
•Report site status and effort actuals to the Service Delivery Manager
•Close each visit with the client site owner and contribute lessons learned to the discovery runbook
Требования:
•4+ Years of project or delivery management experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within a migration or transformation program
•Experience running on-site discovery, assessment, or audit activities
•Ability to lead small technical teams on-site and represent EPAM to client site management
•Working knowledge of infrastructure and application landscapes sufficient to coordinate discovery activities and validate findings
•Strong documentation skills and disciplined execution against defined standards and exit criteria
•Fluent Greek and B2+ English
•Willingness to travel regularly across Greece, including islands
