Задачи
•Own the product roadmap for assigned products, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, analytics and market trends
•Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
•Write product documentation, including PRDs, user stories and feature specifications
•Gather and analyze product data, including KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, support data, A/B testing and competitor research, to define insights and improvements
•Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support teams
•Participate in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization with engineering and design teams
•Communicate and collaborate with B2B partners to gather feedback and align on solutions
•Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and drive productivity gains
Требования
•Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for specifications, documentation and stakeholder updates, including communication across different accents
•2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software company, SaaS, B2B tech or telecom
•Experience defining and documenting product requirements, including PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, based on customer needs, research and feedback
•Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban
•Strong analytical mindset with experience in user analytics, funnels, A/B testing and product improvement
•Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Notion and Figma
•Understanding of B2B / SMB product development
•Ability to write effective prompts, interact efficiently with AI systems and AI agents, and understand the specifics and capabilities of AI technologies
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field, familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL or BI tools, experience in telecom, eSIM, IoT or connectivity industry.
