About the Role
Comarch develops next-generation ERP products for business domains such as finance, accounting, commerce, manufacturing, and HR.
Responsibilities
•Define problems to solve and success metrics, including OKRs
•Conduct ongoing product discovery through user research, market data analysis, and hypothesis validation with prototypes
•Collaborate as an equal partner with Product Designers and Tech Leads on key decisions
•Develop and communicate a coherent product vision for the assigned area
•Build evidence-based relationships with Sales, Implementations, Finance, and partners
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company within an empowered product team, with responsibility for business outcomes
•Deep knowledge of a business domain such as finance, accounting, commerce, manufacturing, or HR, or a proven ability to learn it quickly through market engagement
•Understand ERP/SaaS architecture well enough to estimate cost versus value with engineering teams
•Practical knowledge of discovery and prototyping tools, including Figma, A/B testing, usability testing, and feature flags
•Use AI/LLM tools in day-to-day product work
•Make data-driven decisions and demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills
•Fluent Polish and English at least B2/C1
