About the Team
The transformation team verifies AI-generated code and ensures that modern CRM/ERP systems are resilient to logical errors caused by AI model hallucinations. It focuses on transforming legacy code into web architecture using a taxi-team model.
Responsibilities
•Automate tests with AI assistance by generating scenarios and scripts, for example with Playwright and Cypress
•Verify business consistency by checking that the new application returns results identical to the legacy system, such as tax calculations
•Run regression and integration tests in a dynamic taxi-team model
•Audit UX/UI by checking that the generated frontend conforms to the Design System
Requirements
•Experience testing complex business applications; ERP/CRM experience is preferred
•Ability to create automated E2E and API tests
•Critical thinking and the ability to identify errors that AI may have hidden in polished-looking code
•Familiarity with performance testing tools, relevant to large-scale ERP systems
