About the Role
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform that helps businesses accept payments, grow revenue, and pursue new business opportunities. Its Global design team creates product experiences that simplify cross-border selling, including localized checkout, payment methods, global tax compliance, and cross-border money management.
Responsibilities
•Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on designs that solve user needs
•Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define product vision and experiences for new features
•Prototype user experiences for research testing and internal communication
•Collaborate with Stripe teams to create a seamless dashboard experience
•Conduct user research to test design decisions before shipping
•Collaborate with design systems teams to use and improve templates and components
•Envision features for the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces with product managers and engineering teams
•Partner with go-to-market teams to bring features to users
•Develop new features and localize products for priority geographies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
•Set product vision to meet evolving user expectations in an increasingly globally connected and AI-driven world
Requirements
•6+ Years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company
•Strong design craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work
•High-fidelity prototyping skills using the latest AI tools
•Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts

Conditions
•Annual salary range in the primary location: €93,000 - €139,600
•Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Specific benefits and compensation details vary by location
•Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of each month in their local office or with users
•Remote employees must live 35 miles (56 km) or more from a Stripe office; Stripe does not cover relocation costs
