About the Role
You will onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems and build scalable, auditable onboarding processes. You will partner with internal systems, deal desk, legal, sales operations, audit, engineering, and account managers to improve processes. You will resolve onboarding, billing, and collections inquiries, support system implementations and audits, analyze key metrics, and assist with projects.
Requirements
•4-5 years of relevant financial operations or billing experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience with a relevant degree
•Written and verbal communication skills

•Knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
•Experience analyzing contracts and large data sets
