Job Description
Intel is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Partner and Customer PR Specialist to uncover and tell compelling stories that showcase the impact of Intel's technology and strength of its global ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Media and Campaigns, this role will work across Intel's public relations, sales, marketing, business teams, and partner organizations to identify, develop and amplify stories—through earned and owned channels—that advance Intel's strategic narratives and strengthen its industry reputation.
The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller and accomplished media relations professional who can turn complex technology and business milestones into differentiated, relatable narratives. This person will build strong relationships across a global, matrixed organization; work directly with customers and partners to develop credible third-party advocacy; and translate story opportunities into impactful earned media coverage and integrated content across Intel's owned and social channels.
Success in the role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional writing and pitching skills, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to move complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
•Drive proactive customer and partner storytelling. Partner with sales, partner marketing, product communications and business teams to uncover, develop and prioritize customer and ecosystem stories aligned with Intel's strategic priorities and reputation goals.
•Build a global storytelling pipeline. Working across marketing, sales, business and communications teams, establish and co-manage a cross-functional database and editorial calendar of customer and partner opportunities, tracking story readiness, supporting evidence, stakeholders, approvals, timing and activation plans.
•Develop and execute earned media strategies. Create compelling customer and partner story angles and proactively pitch and secure coverage with priority business, technology and trade media, as well as relevant industry influencers.
•Create compelling owned content across channels. Develop and adapt customer and partner success stories, executive content, blog posts, contributed articles, video concepts, social content and other storytelling assets for Intel's owned channels and integrated campaigns.
•Manage partner content review and governance. Oversee Intel's third-party content review program, coordinating reviews and approvals to ensure accuracy, messaging alignment, brand consistency and appropriate use of Intel references across partner-generated content.
•Measure impact and optimize performance. Track and evaluate media coverage, message pull-through, third-party validation, audience relevance and broader communications outcomes to inform future story development and investment priorities.
•Leverage emerging tools and approaches. Apply AI-enabled research, media intelligence and content tools to identify opportunities, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen the effectiveness of storytelling programs.
