About the Role
You will identify training needs, translate and improve training materials, facilitate in-person and remote training, visit agents, support regional rollouts, administer training channels, evaluate training effectiveness, and transition agent training from face-to-face to digital delivery.
Requirements
•Fluency in French and English
•Good command of local languages
•At least 5 years of relevant experience managing training or an agent network
•Experience in learning and development, teaching, or training administration
•Proficiency in group training, presentations, and public speaking
•Ability to analyze data to measure training ROI and identify operational gaps
•Experience facilitating group learning events
•Ability to work in the field and interact with agents
•Experience building and leading teams
•Proficiency in digital training tools, Google Sheets, and Slack
Responsibilities
•Identify opportunities to improve operational execution
•Determine training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness
•Lead translation of training content
•Use observations and data to improve training materials
•Assist with training audio and video recording
•Deliver individual, site-based, and remote training sessions
•Perform agent visits and address action items
•Coordinate training for regional rollouts
