About the Role
We're looking for a Regional HRSD Operations Lead for Europe to join Atlas HXM — a senior individual contributor role overseeing HR service delivery across a broad set of European markets. 🌍
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on complexity, compliance, and getting things done across borders.
The region covered includes Armenia, Estonia, Moldova, Slovenia, and more.
What you'll be doing:
•✅ Owning regional HR service delivery across multiple countries
•✅ Acting as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk HR matters
•✅ Driving compliance with country-specific employment laws and internal HR policies
•✅ Mentoring a team of Employee Relationship Consultants
•✅ Leading process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for:
•🔹 7+ years of HR operations or HR service delivery experience, including multi-country scope
•🔹 Strong knowledge of regional European employment laws
•🔹 Experience managing case operations with defined KPIs and SLAs
•🔹 Fluency in English — additional European languages a plus
•🔹 Experience in EOR, shared services, or global HR operating models preferred
