You will own and improve legal operating processes, legal technology, vendor relationships, and outside-counsel billing. You will develop dashboards and metrics, partner on workflow automation, and align legal processes with Finance, IT, FDE, and business teams.

Responsibilities
•Improve the legal operating model and identify automation opportunities.
•Manage the legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and e-billing.
•Manage outside counsel and legal service provider relationships.
•Track legal budgets and provider performance.
•Partner on automation of legal workflows.
•Define legal metrics and build performance dashboards.
•Align legal processes with Finance, IT, FDE, and business teams.
