About the Role
You will build and deliver scalable onboarding, enablement, and activation programs for corporate and mid-market customers. You will develop deep product expertise, audit customer configurations, analyze adoption metrics, and create data-driven playbooks. You will also run workshops and webinars, coordinate targeted campaigns, and align adoption efforts across implementation partners and internal functions.
Requirements
•8+ years of experience in adoption, customer or partner enablement, digital customer success programs, enterprise growth, or a similar role
•Experience at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large low-touch book
•Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
•Experience building adoption programs from the ground up
•Experience building automations and workflows with AI tools
•Analytical ability to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and untracked data points
•Experience driving cross-functional outcomes with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
•Experience managing a high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business
•Fluency in English
