Agent Operations Territory Lead

About the Role
You will lead agent recruitment and training across your territory, supervise field-based teams, and maintain a compliant, well-equipped agent network. You will monitor liquidity, assess agent performance through routine visits, address emerging risks, close underperforming agents, and promote excellent customer service.
Requirements
•Work authorization in The Gambia.
•Willingness to be deployed to other parts of the country.
•At least 2 years of relevant experience managing an agent network in The Gambia.
•At least 1 year of experience managing field-based teams.
Responsibilities
•Manage agent recruitment by leading agent openers who recruit and train agents.
•Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements.
•Train agents on applications, contracts, rebalancing options, and fraud management.
•Collaborate with the BTL team to build a branded and equipped agent network.
•Monitor cash and float availability with the agent liquidity team.
•Conduct routine visits to identify risks and assess agent performance.
•Close underperforming agents, recover company items, and remove branding materials.
•Champion excellent customer service among distributors and agents.
