What You Can Expect:
•Autonomous operational management of LCL and FCL import sea shipments.
•Entry, updating and monitoring of shipment data in company systems.
•Booking of vessel space with shipping companies and management of related confirmations.
•Organization of pickups and coordination of transport with suppliers and logistics partners.
•Management of operational relationships with customers, foreign agents, shipping companies, terminals and carriers.
•Collection, verification and management of documentation related to shipments.
•Monitoring of shipments, arrival dates and operational deadlines.
•Management of delays, variations and operational issues, identifying timely and effective solutions.
•Updating customers and involved stakeholders on shipment status.
What You Bring:
•Diploma or degree, preferably in logistics, economics or related fields.
•Prior experience and autonomy in managing international shipments, in sea import transport.
•Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
•Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Outlook.
•Excellent organizational skills, precision and attention to detail.
•Good communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
•Proactivity, problem solving and ability to manage priorities and operational issues.
