About the role:
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. New Client Engagement (NCE), a part of our Client Success Organization, is a fast-paced, dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of service to prospects and clients. NCE is made up of two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough for prospects.
