About the Role
You will lead end-to-end sales with high-potential companies, from prospecting and qualification through contract execution and handover. You will advise product and engineering leaders through technical assessments, build pipeline through inbound and outbound engagement, and partner with cross-functional colleagues on complex transactions.
Requirements
•4+ years of end-to-end quota-carrying sales experience
•Success leading consultative and technical sales motions
•Experience engaging product, engineering, and executive leaders
•Record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
•Communication skills and a collaborative approach
•Knowledge of fintech and market developments
Responsibilities
•Secure commercial partnerships with rapidly scaling organizations across Europe
•Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through handover
•Advise product and engineering leaders through technical platform assessments
•Build pipeline through inbound leads and targeted outbound engagement
•Partner with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Risk, and Product on complex transactions
•Refine and scale mid-market go-to-market playbooks and operational standards
