Задачи
•Design, implement, and optimize B2B marketing funnels to generate qualified leads
•Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
•Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing activities, including exclusive events, business trips, hospitality activities, and regional exhibitions
•Manage and optimize performance across Zoho, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing tools
•Create engaging content and analyze industry trends
•Monitor campaign metrics to measure and improve ROI
•Collaborate with sales teams to build relationships with key commercial partners
•Coordinate PR activities and manage official postings on industry review websites
•Take ownership of the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
•2+ Years of experience in B2B marketing or sales management
•Proven experience in professional B2B marketing or sales environments
•Hands-on experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analysis
•Ability to think strategically and solve complex sales problems
•Ability to align marketing initiatives with long-term commercial objectives and hard sales targets
•Strong communication skills and agility in adapting to fast-paced industry shifts
•Ability to build strong internal relationships between Marketing and Sales departments
•English fluency
•Nice to have: experience in IT or Fintech sectors, prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry
