Задачи
•Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across the customer lifecycle, from registration to churn prevention and reactivation
•Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
•Create and manage reactivation campaigns and automated flows for different stages of the customer lifecycle
•Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and reactivation performance
•Analyze campaign results, build dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic
•Analyze customer behavior and conversion data to identify insights, develop growth hypotheses, and improve CRM performance
Требования
•2+ Years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation
•Hands-on experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns, including welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention, and reactivation
•Strong understanding of event-driven logic, customer segmentation, and CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove, or similar
•Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
•Ability to work closely with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns
