About the Role
As Influencer & Brand Experience Manager at idealo, you are responsible for our influencer marketing activities for the German market and strengthen the cultural relevance of our brand. You develop and scale cooperations with creators that strengthen our brand identity, foster authentic engagement and contribute to our business goals. You also coordinate brand activation at selected brand events and ensure that idealo is visible and experienced not only on social media but also in cultural events.
In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape the perception of idealo. You translate cultural trends and insights into creative influencer campaigns, relevant content and authentic connections that reach and sustainably inspire our target audiences.
Your Tasks
•You develop and are responsible for the influencer marketing strategy for idealo Germany – from selecting suitable creators to campaign implementation to continuous optimization. In doing so, you manage your own six-figure budget and work with external agencies as needed.
•You manage influencer cooperations along the entire process: from identifying and approaching suitable creators through briefings, negotiations and joint content development to performance measurement – independently or in collaboration with agencies.
•You identify relevant cultural developments, trends and topics and translate these into effective influencer activations that position idealo as an authentic, contemporary and desirable brand.
•You take on the creative and strategic management of our influencer campaigns, developing campaign ideas, suitable content formats and compelling storytelling approaches that effectively convey our brand messages.
•You analyze and evaluate the performance of our influencer campaigns based on relevant KPIs, derive concrete recommendations for action and continuously optimize the effectiveness and ROI of our measures.
•You integrate creators specifically into our brand events and brand activations, coordinate on-site content production and ensure that their content and reach reinforce the visibility and impact of our events.
What You Bring
•At least three years of experience in influencer marketing and in managing creator partnerships in the German market, ideally in the environment of consumer brands, retail or digital platforms. You have already successfully implemented campaigns that are both creatively convincing and achieve measurable results.
•You know the German influencer and creator landscape as well as relevant cultural trends and developments, and you move confidently on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch.
•You have an established network of influencers, talent managers and agencies that you can specifically leverage to further expand idealo's brand presence.
•You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality: you develop compelling concepts and strategies and at the same time enjoy implementing them independently and pragmatically.
•You bring strong analytical skills, can evaluate campaign results soundly and derive concrete optimization measures from them. Your Excel skills are advanced to very good.
•You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and have fluent English skills.
