Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
•Oversee a substantial growth of investment into the DACH influencer program while ensuring it drives appropriate commercial value for the business
•Oversee at least one product category from a strategic perspective while making sure that your influencer roster provides value across the different campaigns and our vast product portfolio
•Create and execute plans to activate a large community of influencers and creators across multiple social media channels, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
•Follow a clear influencer strategy within a defined category, testing multiple campaigns and identifying high-performing creators who contribute to revenue growth
•Evaluate influencer performance based on clear success metrics and revenue contribution
•Optimize campaign learnings to scale what works to meet defined commercial targets
•Spearhead the activation strategy of influencers beyond their own channels through content, partnerships, events, and other forms of communication
Requirements
•5+ years working in creator marketing, coupled with a deep passion for health and nutrients
•Experience in both performance and brand campaigns - measuring performance via CAC, ROI, and Customer Acquisition, as well as EMV, CPM, and brand reputation
•Vast network of influencers, agencies, and talent managers across health, lifestyle, beauty, travel, Gen Z, GRWM, and Vlogs. You know the influencer landscape like the back of your hand, allowing you to be operational and booking key talent from day one
•Demonstrated experience creating culturally relevant content for Beauty, Vitamins & Supplements, Female Health, Collagen, Weight Loss, Sleep, or any other relevant D2C brand
•Experience managing and scaling an influencer program into 6-digit monthly spend
•Strategic budget allocation and performance monitoring to grasp and influence crucial KPIs per influencer, optimize resource utilization, and maximize ROI
•Knowledge of the latest trends and how to apply them to Sunday
•Fluency in German and English
