Responsibilities
•Own the WebGL acquisition strategy, build quarterly plans, prioritize experiments, and drive initiatives from idea to measurable results
•Manage and scale large-budget web campaigns across Meta and Google
•Optimize the full acquisition funnel, including conversion events, attribution, targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages
•Connect user acquisition with product economics by analyzing user quality, monetization, and downstream behavior to improve acquisition decisions
•Drive experimentation and automation using data, AI, and other tools to improve performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
•Proven marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital products
•Solid understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics
•Business-goal-driven mindset and understanding of the rationale behind campaigns
•Knowledge of business models, success criteria, and marketing's role in achieving them
•Creative approach and ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives
•Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
•Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
