About the Role
You will lead payment operations across the UK, India and Australia, set performance standards, and develop leaders. You will own vendor strategy, contracts, budgets and costs; sponsor payment changes; maintain payment controls; address audit findings; and use operational data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities
•Lead payment operations across the UK, India and Australia
•Set performance expectations and develop leadership capability
•Coach and mentor payment operations staff
•Own payment vendor selection, negotiation, performance management and exit
•Manage vendor budgets and commercial commitments
•Reduce transaction costs through routing, pricing and contract renegotiation
•Sponsor payments change and maintain the payments roadmap
•Work with Engineering and Product to secure delivery capacity
•Own the payments control environment and protect client money
•Partner with Financial Crime, Fraud and Compliance on payment risk
•Close audit and regulatory findings at root cause
•Define and report payment operational metrics
•Use payment data to influence senior stakeholders
