Responsibilities
•Shape the Irish strategy jointly with the General Manager and key stakeholders, and deliver local operational KPI targets
•Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
•Steer the Marketplace Performance team to balance supply and demand and maintain optimal service levels
•Implement and refine operational processes, working with central operations leadership to ensure alignment and consistency
•Maintain local relationships with regulators, authorities, suppliers, driver groups, and partner fleets to support compliance and business goals
•Develop and retain talent to deliver business objectives
Requirements
•10 years of experience, including at least 5 years leading successful teams
•Strong social and interpersonal skills; confident communicating with driver groups and commercial partners
•Project management skills and the ability to deliver complex projects
•Analytical approach, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to leverage AI for operational excellence
•Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty when scaling a technology marketplace
•Understanding of technology-driven marketplaces
