GTM Compliance Analyst

About the Role
You will review customer deals, assess business models and use cases, conduct risk-based diligence, document decisions, and track compliance obligations. You will create compliance playbooks and reporting, advise GTM stakeholders, and improve processes for regulated customer segments.
Requirements
•4–6 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, operations, or a related function.
•Experience conducting risk-based customer, partner, onboarding, or deal-level reviews.
•Ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into actionable business guidance.
•Ability to assess ambiguous situations and recommend compliance mitigations.
•Written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience collaborating with GTM, legal, product, and operations stakeholders.
•Project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
•Review customer deals for regulatory, licensing, and policy risk.
•Conduct onboarding and enhanced diligence for higher-risk customers and use cases.
•Identify compliance requirements and develop risk mitigations or approval conditions.
•Document compliance decisions, conditions, and escalations.
•Track onboarding conditions, approvals, renewals, and post-deal obligations.
•Research regulatory and licensing requirements.
•Develop compliance playbooks, risk-tiering frameworks, and escalation paths.
•Improve policies, controls, tooling, training, and customer guidance.
•Provide compliance training and office-hours support to GTM teams.
•Build reporting and metrics on compliance reviews and outcomes.
