About the Role
You will develop and maintain an IT compliance program, conduct risk assessments, lead access recertification and vendor-risk processes, and manage compliance documentation. You will review vendor materials, identify and remediate gaps, prepare reports and dashboards, and contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations.
Requirements
•Native-level English fluency
•3+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or a related field
•CISA, CISSP, Security+, or similar security certification
•Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance guidelines
•Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Law, Business, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain an IT compliance program
•Conduct risk assessments on internal processes and systems
•Lead access recertification and vendor-risk assessment processes
•Draft, manage, and update internal compliance policies and documentation
•Review vendor documentation for regulatory and security alignment
•Analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and implement remedial actions
•Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and summaries
•Contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations
