Задачи
•Support the Sales Organization with targets, budgets, and analytical insights
•Analyze, optimize, and build business models for Sales Leadership
•Track and set KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategic decisions
•Define performance metrics and build reporting dashboards
•Create insights beyond numbers to influence, support, and execute strategic business decisions
•Create budget plans, bookings plans, and targets for related departments and businesses
•Communicate key metrics and insights clearly and effectively to partners and stakeholders
•Drive execution and initiate and manage projects from start to end
Требования
•Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
•5 Years of business experience
•Fluent in English
•Strong analytical, data mining, and modelling skills
•Process-oriented, well-organized, and an autonomous learner
•Experience working with Excel and MS Office
•Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills
