Задачи
•You develop and take responsibility for the business architecture and overarching target visions in close collaboration with business departments and IT.
•You analyze and model business processes, objects, and capabilities, ensuring a consistent and coherent structure.
•You actively contribute to design and architecture decisions, both for existing systems and for new solutions.
•You support project managers in planning, managing, and implementing demanding IT projects.
•You maintain an overview, identify challenges at an early stage, and ensure pragmatic solutions.
•You help prioritize projects and requirements in line with strategic KPIs and corporate objectives.
•In agile teams, you successfully implement new business and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing directly to the company's success.
Требования
•Initial experience as a business, business-domain, or process architect, or in requirements management / business analysis—ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
•A basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or databases, and an interest in technical contexts.
•An understanding of business processes and how they are represented in IT systems.
•The ability to engage with stakeholders on an equal footing, structure requirements, and present solutions convincingly.
•Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
•Ideally, experience in traditional and/or agile project management.
•Very good German and English skills.
