Задачи
•Develop creative concepts and layouts that communicate brand messages and engage target audiences
•Ensure consistent, high-standard visual design across company touchpoints according to brand guidelines
•Create and edit graphics for promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and social media content
•Produce designs for print and online media while maintaining high quality and accuracy
•Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine concepts
•Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
•Manage and organize design files and assets for accessibility, structure, and version control
•Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies and ideas
•Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
•Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
•Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital, print, and branding projects
•Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
•Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work
•Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
•Ability to receive and incorporate feedback professionally
•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
•Good working knowledge of English
Nice to have: Additional certifications or courses in design or UI/UX, knowledge of web design and UI principles, knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
