Responsibilities
•Create and develop monthly and management reports and relevant KPIs for business management
•Manage budget and forecast processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses
•Conduct variance and profitability analyses and derive actionable recommendations
•Prepare business analyses to support management and specialist departments
•Build and develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly with Power BI
•Prepare and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for action
•Develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes
•Contribute to cross-functional projects and the development of controlling structures
Requirements
•Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
•Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company
•Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
•Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems
•Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven business management
•Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships
•Ability to analyze complex matters systematically and explain them clearly to different stakeholders
•Very good German skills, spoken and written
•High initiative and an interest in challenging and developing existing processes
Conditions
•Gross annual salary of 70,000 - 90,000 €
