Company
Juru's Finance and Contracting team supports company operations, project performance, and collaboration with international partners and headquarters.
What you will do
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management accounting reports.
•Lead financial planning, budgeting, projections, and financial modeling for company operations.
•Develop financial policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
•Review project financial proposals, profitability, cost structures, budget overruns, and risks.
•Support project teams with financial guidance and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
•Improve tax compliance and tax optimization.
Requirements
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•At least 1 year of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
•English and Russian are required for verbal and written communication.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
