Responsibilities
•Serve as the first line of support for finance questions and requests across teams
•Handle issues involving payments, transactions, invoices, and payouts
•Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions
•Verify financial data and documentation for accuracy and completeness
•Maintain clean, accurate, and well-documented records
•Work with internal teams to resolve finance issues quickly
•Escalate complex or unusual cases with the relevant context gathered
•Follow and help improve finance procedures and internal policies
•Support the finance team with other operational tasks as needed
Requirements
•0–2 Years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, payments, or operations
•Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and processes
•Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
•Confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
•Willingness to work a night schedule
Nice to Have
•Experience with payment systems, banking operations, or financial platforms
•Previous experience in finance operations or support
•Knowledge of accounting principles
•Experience in a fast-paced or international environment
