Recruitment for a company in the construction industry for the position of Finance Manager/Senior Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
•Managing the finances of a construction company
•Controlling the company and construction sites
•Preparing budgets, verifying their execution, and analyzing variances
•Preparing analyses and reports for group and management purposes, including investment profitability analysis and construction project viability analysis, etc.
•Forecasting, cash flow
•Accounting for long-term projects
•Verifying and calculating project bonuses
•Preparing consolidated reports
•Verifying and calculating provisions
•PoC settlements
•Settlements with subcontractors
•Settling deposits and bank guarantees
•Cooperating with other departments in the company
•Participating in periodic closings
•Business partnering, support, and advice on the company's strategic decisions
•Participating in status reporting
•Implementing processes and procedures
Requirements
•Relevant higher education
•At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or in a similar independent/managerial role
•Experience in the construction industry, accounting for construction projects, settling accounts with subcontractors, and handling deposits and bank guarantees — a necessary requirement
•Documented experience in corporate controlling
•Knowledge of ERP-class software
•Practical knowledge of MS Excel at an advanced level
•Knowledge of English sufficient for fluent communication
