Responsibilities
•Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and liquidity
•Prepare financial reports
•Support financial decision-making in a fast-paced crypto environment
Requirements
•5+ Years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3+ years in a managerial role
•Strong knowledge of accounting and IFRS
•Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management
•Knowledge of financial, tax, and regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
•Strong financial analysis and KPI management skills
•Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets
•Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to Have
•Experience with crypto exchanges, payment providers, or FinTech
•Advanced Excel skills
•Experience with ERP/financial reporting systems
•Georgian language
•ACCA, CFA, or CPA
