About the Role
We're partnering with a global leader in tax and trade technology to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for the Benelux market. Think large corporate accounts, a well-known name, a strong portfolio, and a category their leadership sees as entering its golden years.
Responsibilities
•Hunt and close new business in enterprise accounts across Benelux
•Grow a base of 15-20 existing customers through upsell and cross-sell
•Own a €1.4M quota, growing 30% year over year, with a stronger new-business focus
•Run strategic account planning, complex presentations, and regular business reviews
•Develop partner relationships with Big 4 and ERP vendors
•Work with solution consultants, product specialists, and an account specialist who supports retention
Requirements
•5+ years of complex, full cycle closing experience, including 2+ years of enterprise sales (5+ years in enterprise is ideal)
•Complex solution sales background, such as ERP (Oracle or similar), with strong discovery skills
•Proven hunter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
•A seller throughout your career, with stable tenure
•Strong knowledge of the Benelux market
•Fluent English

•Experience selling to Legal and Compliance roles
•Track record of developing partner relationships
•AI or machine learning industry experience

Conditions
•Up to €101K base + €83K variable = €184K OTE incl. holiday pay, uncapped commission
•Earnings above €200K are realistic for strong performers
•Remote within Benelux, ideally Amsterdam-based
•Global incentive trip for top performers
